Who We Are
Are you a part of a denomination?
Good Shepherd Church is one church in a denomination that is over 200 years old and still true to the Bible! The Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church (ARP) has its headquarters in Greenville, SC and you can see our denominational motto on the seal to the left. Good Shepherd is a new church to League City. We are a mixture of young and old, folks from Christian and non-Christian backgrounds. We teach the Bible as relevant to everyday life and we have tremendous hope in the transforming power of our God. Come join us as we seek to turn our city more and more toward Christ.  [The ARP Home Page]

What Do You Believe?
What Do You Believe?
We believe in God and in His Word, the Bible, first and foremost and everything else is secondary.

We believe in the Biblical doctrinal explanations contained in the Westminster Confession of Faith, the Westminster Shorter Catechism and the Westminster Larger Catechism with all of their Scripture proofs.

You can check out our theology through the Cool Links button, but you'll find us to be straight-on Biblical, plain and simple. Our pastor has been trained in Greek and Hebrew and firmly believes that people in U.S. churches today are spiritually hungering for the Bible to be explained accurately and clearly. God's Word and the Holy Spirit are meagerly taught from most pulpits today. Our desire is to make certain that our attenders understand God's Word clearly and know how to apply it when they leave each one of our services. We believe that God will honor the efforts of genuine seekers after truth.

Why Are You Here?
Why Plant a New Church in League City?
Our Stated Mission
To offer Christ's love and hope by helping people navigate the key intersections of life in order to see Him transform our community beginning with our neighborhoods, then League City, then the Clear Lake area and beyond.
We are the only conservative, Bible-believing, Reformed church in League City.
